Here’s a look at my 5 October blog obsessions! It’s no secret I LOVE blogging and discovering new blogs, so I wanted to share a quick round up of a few current obsessions of mine. A few of these are long standing personal favourites that I’ve been looking at a little obsessively for a while now and a few are new found loves.
The Pioneer Woman: Ree is a self-confessed desperate housewife living on a ranch with her beloved family out in the American countryside. Ree’s blog offers a look into another World, one that I know a few friends of mine dream about….a life full of home cooking, cowboys, children and ranch life! As well as her kick-ass blog sharing her cooking, photography, family life and confessions, Ree also hosts a cooking show on the Food Network, which I often tune into on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I’ve been a huge fan of Ree’s blog for well over 6months now and will be adding her Holiday Cookbook to my Christmas list!
Oh Joy: A relatively new obsession of mine, Oh Joy is a blog, graphic design studio and lifestyle brand created by Founder Joy Cho. Joy shares her swoon-worthy take on design through gorgeous photography that you just can’t help but like. The Oh Joy blog is a glimmer into Joy’s inspiration, home life, DIY tutorials and products, including her new range for Target! (Joy, if you’re reading this congratulations on the safe arrival of beautiful baby Coco x)
J for Jen: J for Jen follows the adventures, outfits and travels of freelance writer Jen from Leeds. It’s been a pleasure to watch Jen’s blog bloom following her recent make over, read her funny, observational posts and follow her travels. If you’re into fashion and looking for a little inspiration for daily ensembles Jen’s blog is a great place to swing by.
Kris Atomic Blog: Some of you ‘netheads’ will be more than aware of Kris Atomic’s illustration, most notably her ‘Living with Chronic bitchface’. Kris is an uber talented illustrator and has recently teamed up with Paris brand iBlues for a collaboration range featuring her illustrations. Kris’ blog has been a long standing favourite, there you’ll find a medley of illustrations mixed with some stunning photography including behind-the-scenes at fashion week and varying fashion endeavours. Her blog and style are cute beyond words.Bright.Bazaar: Will Taylor is a young man hooked on hue! His blog is a perfectly curated capsule of colour, featuring inspirational interiors, lifestyle shots, product design and of course a look into his personal journey. Beware you may get hooked and be warned if you scroll back far enough to read Will’s wedding story, you will need a tissue, such a tear jerker. Will recently brought out his very own book and continues to share colourful design favourites that catch his eye.
Don’t you just love the internet?
