With the New Year comes and rather delightful adventure of wedding planning. As many of you will know Mr T & I got engaged in Lake Como last September. Since the announcement of our engagement we have been throwing around ideas for our big day, getting excited and of course pinning inspirational ideas, because let’s face it- as every Pinterest addict knows, if it ain’t got a Pinterest board, it ain’t happening. I wanted to share a few ongoing snippets of our ongoing adventure and what better way to kick off than with 5 fabulous florists.
Swallow and Damsons: Sheffield based Swallow and Damsons create exquisite floral arrangements that combine mixed blooms, colours and texture to create arrangements that wouldn’t look out of place in an eighteenth century still life painting. The images speak for themselves.
Fox and Thorn: Just starting out brain behind Fox and Thorn Paula Ellis is based between Manchester and London. Fox and Thorn create floral designs for weddings and events, her earns are perfect for church alters, her use of colour, mix of flowers and fruit give a nod to the classic with a modern vintage twist.
Frog Flowers: Frog Flowers is tucked away in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, they make stunning arrangements for weddings, corporate events and create some serious floral walls that would do Kim and Kanye proud.
Northern Flower: I couldn’t share this post without mentioning the lovely ladies at our local florist. Lucy and Rowan brighten up Tib Street in Manchester with their seasonal blooms. Northern Flower specialise in bespoke eye catching floral blooms.
Jay Archer Floral Design Studio: Based in the South of England self taught award winning floral designer Jay Archer has been passionate about floral design since childhood her eye for texture, colour and drama mean her blooms are never overlooked.
