On a mission to stay healthy I’ve been striving to trial some new healthy recipes, cut out the baddies from my diet and adopt a much healthier lifestyle, this has so far been a rather enjoyable voyage of discovery and I’ve managed to find some great wellness blogs to follow along the way (bonus). Her recipes are very simple to follow and she’s also written a fantastic cookbook that my Mother and I have been working our way through. I’ve been making the Granola Bars for my breakfast on the go during my working week as well as the lovely Banana Bread.
Positive Health Wellness: This site is dedicated to sharing information for people looking at adopting a healthier lifestyle including recipes, articles, tips and information. I love the fact they share Healthy Instagram accounts to follow as well as workout ideas for winter.
Crazy Vegan Kitchen: Amrita is a trained chef, lover of cats and the brain behind ‘Crazy Vegan Kitchen’ her recipes are super easy to follow and cover every meal of the day from breakfast through to desert.
