Devise a theme for your food and create healthy recipes to suit. Say for example you go with a ‘global’ theme, you can create a batch of Indian Veggie Curry, a Greek Salad and Mexican style Chilli. Then your guests have a fun array of food to choose from, all healthy and all delicious!
