Situated within the Hotel Hermitage Michelin star restaurant Le Vistamer focuses on the ideal of “take a fish, a vegetable, and cook it to perfection.” -which they do with incredible precision.
The beautiful terrace (open in summer) offers stunning views of the harbor and the famous Rock of Monaco. The colours of the azure Riviera sea combined with that of Le Vistmar’s seasonal vegetables, fresh fish and accompanying bubbles paint the perfect picture of a fabulous Riviera culinary experience.
The service is relaxed and friendly, not rigid or formal and executed with the perfect level of attentiveness. Every dish on the tasting menu was beautifully prepared and served with a delicate, personal touch that added to Le Vistamer’s intimate, cosy atmosphere.
Despite it’s Michelin prestige Le Vistamar was among the most economical of all the restaurants I visited in Monaco (two course lunch including drink priced at €39 and the 4-course seasonal menu for €65, Menu Gourmand autour du produit d’exception €120), giving you every reason to add Le Vistamar to your Monaco to-do list!
